Deposit in a Spanish Bank Account: A straightforward investment option is depositing EUR 1 million in a Spanish bank account. This shows your financial commitment to Spain and qualifies you for the Golden Visa, without the complexities of managing physical assets or business investments.
In addition to the financial investment options, applicants must meet these general requirements:
- Non-EU nationality and at least 18 years old
- A clean criminal record in all countries resided in during the past five years
