- Plan on realising a business project considered as of special economic interest.
Portuguese Golden Visa
- Real Estate purchase of €500,000 or more,
- Investment of €350,000 in real estate 30 years old or more, located in an urban regeneration area.
- A capital investment of €1 million (minimum),
- Creation of at least 10 jobs in Portugal,
- Investment of EUR 350,000.00 or more into investment funds or venture capital funds.
